NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

SA Police Legacy Inc.

The Annual General Meeting of SA Police Legacy Inc. will be held in the Elvie Hearnes boardroom, SA Police Legacy, 286 Gilbert St, Adelaide SA, commencing at 4.30 pm on Monday, 20 October 2025.

  3. One minute silence
  4. Confirmation of minutes of meeting on 21 October 2024.
  5. Reports:
    • President’s report
    • Treasurer’s report
    • Appointment of auditors and board members
    • Appointment of honorary life members
  1. Elections – Three elected board positions are to be filled at the meeting.
  2. Special Resolutions (Nil)

Elections

Mark Willing (retired), Tom Nyenhuis (retired) and Peter Graham (retired) have indicated their intention to renominate. If you would like to nominate to join the board of SA Police Legacy, you will need to complete the nomination process.

Nomination process

Using the ‘Nomination Form’ new candidates must be nominated by two members (serving or retired South Australia police officers) and the candidate must indicate a willingness to stand. Completed nomination forms must be received by the Manager via email before 5pm on 17th September 2025.

A notice to members of all nominees will be published in the Gazette on 1st October 2025 including voting instructions if required.
