Notice of board director nominees 2025

Attention Members,

NOTICE OF BOARD DIRECTOR NOMINEES (AGM 2025)

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SA Police Legacy Inc. will be held in the Elvie Hearnes boardroom of SA Police Legacy, 286 Gilbert St, Adelaide and commences at 4:30pm on Monday 20^th October 2025.

Elections

It is announced that six (6) nominations have been received for the three (3) positions available. In accordance with the SA Police Legacy Constitution dated April 2023, in particular rule Rule 16 Election of board members – Rule 16.7 ‘If the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, a ballot will be held.’, a member vote is required.

Nominees (alphabetically) are:

• Superintendent James Down
• Michael Fisher (retired police officer)
• Peter Graham OAM (retired police officer)
• Chief Inspector Andrew McCracken
• Tom Nyenhuis APM (retired police officer)
• Mark Willing (retired police officer)

Members are required to vote online, using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SAPLVOTE25

Voting is open from 8am Wednesday 1^st October 2025 and closes 5pm, Wednesday 15^th October 2025. Members are entitled to one vote only (members are sworn serving or retired police officers only).
