The Annual General Meeting of SA Police Legacy Inc. will be held in the Elvie Hearnes boardroom at SA Police Legacy, 286 Gilbert St, Adelaide SA, commencing at 4.00 pm on Monday, 7 December 2026.
AGENDA
Four elected board positions are to be filled at the meeting.
Matt Nairn (retired), Nick Minge and Annette Gilbert have indicated their intention to renominate. Kellie Watkins has announced her retirement from the board, and we thank Kellie for her substantial contribution over the past 6.5 years.
If you would like to nominate to join the board of SA Police Legacy, you will need to complete the nomination process.
Nomination process
Using the ‘Nomination Form’ new candidates must be nominated by two members (serving or retired South Australia police officers) and the candidate must indicate a willingness to stand. Completed nomination forms must be received by the CEO via email before 5pm on 30th October 2026.
A notice to members of all nominees will be published in the Gazette on 11th November 2026 including voting instructions if required.

Board nominations must be submitted via email to the Manager, SA Police Legacy using the Nomination Form and will not be accepted via any other form.
Board nominations strictly close 5pm 30th October 2026.
