Due to regulatory changes, Police Super will no longer be able to facilitate donations after 30 June 2026. As a result, your donations currently made to SA Police Legacy through pension payments will cease from that date.
While this change is outside of our control, we wanted to ensure you are aware and to let you know that there is a simple way to continue supporting SA Police Legacy.
Ongoing donations
Your donations are very important to us and help us continue to support serving and retired police officers and their families. You can set up an ongoing donation through our website. Retired members are asked to donate at least $2/fortnight. However, you can choose an amount and frequency that suits you – whether that’s fortnightly, monthly, or at intervals of your choosing.

We would greatly appreciate you continuing your current donation amount, or consider increasing your donations, as this helps us continue providing practical and compassionate support to police families when the unthinkable happens. Your support ensures no police family is left to navigate loss alone.
This change affects all charitable donations deducted by Police Super, and we encourage you to check all other donations to other organisations to ensure they are updated accordingly.
