NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of SA Police Legacy Inc. will be held in the Boardroom, SA Police Legacy, 286 Gilbert St, Adelaide SA, commencing at 4.30 pm on Monday, 21 October 2024.

4. Confirmation of minutes of meeting on 20 November 2023

   • Appointment of auditors
   • Liaison Officer’s report
6. Elections

Four elected board positions are to be filled at the meeting.

Matt Nairn and Glenn Thomson have indicated their intention to renominate. Jodi-Lee Black and Mark Weaver have advised of their resignation from their positions on the board. Jodi-Lee has been on the board for 12 years and Mark has been on the board for 2 years, their time and commitment over the years is greatly appreciated.

Nomination process

Written nominations must be received by the Manager by 5pm on 18^th September 2024. New candidates must be nominated by two members (serving or retired South Australia police officer) and the candidate must indicate a willingness to stand.

A notice to members of all nominees will be published in the Gazette, social media and emailed to our members on 2^nd October 2024 including voting instructions if required. If you do not receive SA Police Legacy emails please ensure you subscribe by emailing info@policelegacysa.org.au

Board nominations must be submitted to the Manager using the Nomination Form and will not be accepted via any other form. Submissions and/or questions can be emailed to Karen Cucchiarelli, Manager. S.A. Police Legacy, email karen@policelegacysa.org.au. Board nominations strictly close 5pm 18^th September 2024.

All SA Police Legacy members (serving or retired SA police officers) are welcome to vote and also attend the AGM. Please RSVP your attendance to karen@policelegacysa.org.au
